This new variety of spineless zucchini summer squash features a glossy exterior and straight, 20 cm (8 in) fruit. Its open growth habit and strong disease resistance make it easy to harvest, while its cylindrical shape and minimal scarring make it visually appealing. Perfect for mid to late season, this is a must-have for any garden. Summer squash is a type of vining herbaceous plant that is harvested when the seeds and rind are still soft and edible.
TIP: Remember to keep them picked at about the size of a large cucumber and they will just keep coming.

- 4 oz - Approximately 1,000 Seeds

Plant outdoors at the recommended time, 2 to 4 weeks after the last frost and when the soil reaches temperatures above 60°F. Starting indoors is not advised, unless in a short-growing season, 2 to 4 weeks before the last frost. Use individual pulp pots for easy planting in the ground..
Harvesting: To ensure the best taste and texture, pick the squash when it reaches 3 inches in length for baby zucchini, and 6 to 8 inches for other purposes. If grown to 10 to 12 inches, the flesh can be utilized for baking, but the inedible seeds must be removed.
HARVEST BLOSSOMS: Collect male and female blossoms during mid to late morning when fully bloomed. Male flowers have thin stems while females have thick stems with an immature fruit at the base. Use scissors to clip the flowers 1-2" below the flower base. If you want a squash fruit yield, only harvest male flowers and leave a few to pollinate the female ones.
