Size: 2 Tubers
The Tuberous Double Pink & White Begonia features large, coral-pink and white camellia-like blossoms and green foliage on a compact, upright, bushy plant. Belonging to the Tuberhybrida group, this plant grows from winter-dormant root tubers and produces double, powdery flowers in coral-pink and white with extra petal rows. These flowers appear from early summer until the first frost, set among open, succulent stems across the entire plant.

Begin by planting the corms indoors in a warm, well-lit area with the concave side facing up and using a well-draining potting mix. Keep the soil slightly damp but not overly wet, and wait for sprouts to emerge. Once the danger of frost has passed, transplant the Begonia outdoors in a partially shaded area and water regularly, being careful not to get water in the hollow of the corm to prevent rot. During blooming season, fertilize with a high-potassium fertilizer.
