This late maturing variety of Yu Choy Sum, known as Late Green, offers dark green leaves, slow bolting, and some tolerance to Downy Mildew. It can also withstand colder weather. Additionally, it may produce thicker stems if planted in the summer or fall, and can be planted in the spring in certain regions. Be sure to prepare fertile and well-drained soil for optimal growth.Sow seeds in a sunny location in late spring, summer/fall. Keep soil moist. Fertilize as needed.
