Glitters Like Gold Black-Eyed Susan is a hybrid Rudbeckia with improved vigor, longer flowering, and resistance to leaf spot. Attracts bees and beneficials throughout summer. Clump-forming perennial attracts songbirds with its ripened seedheads. Ideal for sunny locations with average soil, moisture, and fertility.

This low maintenance, full sun-loving Rudbeckia is a popular choice for southern gardens. It produces striking brown cones and yellow petals, making it a favorite for cut flowers and attracting butterflies and birds. Hardy in all Northwest climates, it also tolerates dry winds.

Planting Instructions: May be planted in any well-drained soil. Dig a hole large enough to encompass the roots without bending or circling. Set the plant in place so the crown (part of the plant where the root meets the stem) is about 1-2 inches below the soil surface. Cover with soil to the original soil surface and water thoroughly. Removing spent flowers promotes re-bloom. Fertilizing promotes growth and supports the flowers.
