Asian Greens "Korean Small Cabbage, Green Seoul" Excellent for Korean Kimchee , Harvest at any stage as microgreens to full maturity.

This is a Korean loose-head type Chinese cabbage with narrow light green leaves. Excellent for Korean Kimchee recipes, this type of cabbage is also very popular in China and Japan for pickling. Delicious in salads.

  • It is available only in treated seed.
  • Maturity: Approx. 70 days
  • Planting season: Spring or late summer/early fall

Harvest at any stage: Young baby leaves for salad mix or harvest the whole plant when fully mature at 10-12" tall. For microgreens, sow seeds in spring to summer in sandy soil in a bright but cool location. Broadcast seeds on soil and cover with a thin layer. Keep uniformly moist. Harvest by cutting when seedlings reach 3-4".

Chinese cabbage prefers cool temperatures for its main growing season.
Prepare fertile, well-drained soil. In cool areas, sow seeds in late spring after last frost in a sunny location and harvest in early summer through fall. In temperate areas, sow seeds from spring through fall. Keep soil moist. Fertilize as needed. Exposure to frost or prolonged temperatures below 50°F may result in bolting.
