The elephant garlic is a small bulb for its type. Since I was unable to source bulbs at the local stores, I decided to try one here. I have one survivor from last year’s planting that is as large as my palm. This one is the size of a large garlic bulb. It looks good, though, with no brown spots. I hope for the best when I plant the cloves.
