This extra dwarf variety of pak choi has curled, glossy, dark green leaves with short, thick white petioles. It is a fast growing, compact version of Chinese and Dwarf Pak Choi. Ideal for year-round growth in sub-tropical regions.

This specialty pak choi variety is smaller than baby pak choi. It is similar to our Chinese Pak Choi and Dwarf Pak Choi varieties although smaller and more compact. This fast growing variety has curled, glossy, dark green leaves with short, thick white petioles. Can be grown year round in sub-tropical areas.

Harvesting Canton Pak Choi Chinese Cabbage: Single leaves or the entire plant may be harvested, either at 28 days for the tender baby leaf stage or when a fully mature head at 50 days. For freshest taste, use within five days.
