Planting Instructions

• Plant in fall for May–June blooms.
• Choose a full sun to partial shade site with well-draining soil. Amend with compost, peat moss, or ground bark if needed.
• Plant bulbs 4" deep and 3" apart, pointed end up.
• Water well after planting to settle the soil around the bulbs.
• In warmer climates, foliage emerges in fall; flowers follow in spring. In colder regions, both emerge after winter ends.

After Bloom Care

• Cut flowers freely for bouquets — the mixed colors create effortlessly beautiful arrangements.
• Leave foliage in place after blooming to recharge bulbs for next season.
• Water about 1" per week during active growth.
• Allow leaves to yellow and die back naturally in summer, then remove spent foliage.

Container Growing
