Intensely Aromatic, Virtually No Heat — The Flavor Pepper of Grenada

Grenada Seasoning Pepper (Capsicum chinense) is a large habanero-type pepper from the island of Grenada, prized not for heat but for its extraordinary aroma — intensely floral and tropical with notes of citrus, pineapple, and mango. Fruits grow up to 2 in long and ripen to bright yellow. Minimal heat makes it perfect for everyday cooking in Caribbean kitchens.

Harvest Tips

Harvest with clean garden scissors when fruits reach full yellow color. Frequent harvesting encourages new bud formation and extends the productive season.
