Intensely Aromatic, Virtually No Heat — The Flavor Pepper of Grenada
Grenada Seasoning Pepper (Capsicum chinense) is a large habanero-type pepper from the island of Grenada, prized not for heat but for its extraordinary aroma — intensely floral and tropical with notes of citrus, pineapple, and mango. Fruits grow up to 2 in long and ripen to bright yellow. Minimal heat makes it perfect for everyday cooking in Caribbean kitchens.
