Sprouter’s Choice Mix – Premium Multi-Variety Sprouting Blend
The Sprouter’s Choice Mix is a carefully curated blend of seven of the most popular and nutritious sprouting seeds — Broccoli, Radish, Arugula, Cress, Mizuna, Tatsoi Mustard, and Cabbage. Designed for home sprouters, health-conscious cooks, and microgreen growers, this mix delivers a complex, layered flavor profile — from the mild peppery bite of arugula and cress to the bold, slightly spicy punch of radish and mustard — all wrapped up in a beautifully colorful, nutritious blend ready in just 3–7 days.
Each variety in the mix brings its own nutritional density and flavor character. Broccoli sprouts are renowned for their high sulforaphane content; radish adds a sharp, spicy kick; arugula and cress contribute delicate peppery notes; mizuna and tatsoi add mild Asian mustard complexity; and cabbage rounds out the blend with sweetness and crunch. Together, they make one of the most complete sprouting mixes available.
