Planting & Care

Plant bulbs pointed tip up in well-drained soil in fall, at a depth of about twice the height of the bulb. Fertilize with bulb food at planting. Water well after planting. Allow foliage to die back naturally after blooming to feed the bulb for next year. Deadhead to prevent self-seeding or leave dried heads for fall ornamental interest. Can also be grown successfully indoors in containers.
