Cyklon is Poland’s premier paprika pepper — a Capsicum annuum heirloom prized for generations for its high yields of elongated, thin-fleshed pods that dry beautifully into rich, dark red paprika. Tapered fruits reach 4.5–5 inches long and mature to a deep, vibrant red in 80–85 days from transplant. Hot, flavorful, and exceptionally productive, Cyklon is the traditional choice for homemade Polish paprika powder, drying whole, and savory cooking. Organic.

Always wear gloves when handling. Wash hands thoroughly after removing gloves. Never touch eyes or sensitive areas. Lime juice may help relieve skin burn if needed.

Harvest

Harvest when pods turn fully dark red. Cut with scissors and pick regularly to encourage continuous fruiting. Dry whole pods in the sun or hang in bunches for homemade paprika powder.
