The Grenada Seasoning Pepper is one of the Caribbean’s most treasured culinary gems — a Capsicum chinense with an intensely aromatic, floral, and tropical character with notes of citrus, pineapple, and hints of watermelon. Larger than a habanero, with bright yellow fruits and virtually no heat, it delivers complex flavor without the fire. An exceptional seasoning pepper for Caribbean cuisine, marinades, sofrito, and sauces. Organic, heirloom, non-GMO, and pesticide-free.
