Trinidad Pimento pepper - Live Plant

The poor little pepper arrived half-wilted after a shipping delay, but I can tell the plant was packaged with care. The pepper arrived as a small 2-inch plant wrapped in paper towels, still damp. A couple of leaves are still green and lively, so I hope the plant will recover. I absolutely love Trinidad Seasoning pepper and wish I had bought 3. This pepper is a late producer and I ordered it in summer, so I cannot expect too much….if it survives.

Received dead plants after waiting for this back order Trinidad pimento pepper plants. Sent two emails, one directly via the business website and one via direct email with photos of what i received, requesting a full refund. I also used their chat, downloaded photos and also requested a full refund since there was no response from the email. I’ve tried calling and no response. It’s difficult to get in contact with anyone. I received no customer support / no communication back.This site does not allow photos to be downloaded.

I've ordered live plants from this merchant before and I was extremely satisfied with the quality and performance. I was so confident in the team at Caribbean Garden that I waited over 90 days to receive my pepper plants. I ordered a three pack and only wish I could post a photo of what I received. Only one plant has roots and those are barely established... I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that I received three plants and not one broken plant! I'm so disappointed that I waited months for this.

Plants were dead when they arrived

I ordered Live plants on February 10th, together with some veg seeds, and was told it would ship out Mother's Day weekend, it's now May 24th with no plants, and the company will not answer the phone, tried to call ten different times in one day no one will answer what kind of business is this? Very Poor service will not purchase from them again.
