This variety of Pepper seeds, known as Bahamian Goat, is derived from Capsicum.Chinense. They are organically grown and produce hot Chili Peppers that are perfect for container gardening. Hailing from the Bahamas, they are a popular choice among Pepper enthusiasts.
The Bahamian Goat pepper, a delicious and fiery hot pepper from the Bahamas, boasts bright orange to peach-colored chilies that occasionally develop a distinctive scorpion-like tail. Despite the intense spiciness, one can experience a pleasant fruity flavor. This pepper plant is incredibly prolific, growing over 1.2m tall and spreading 90cm wide.
Thrives in sunny windows, conservatories, greenhouses, outdoors in sunny and sheltered position during the summer.
When grown during the winter months usually required some form of plant lighting. Help with pollination by shaking the plant or with a small brush. More Yearling - trimmed in the fall - overwinter indoors in bright mode.

GROWING TIPS
For successful tropical plant growth from seeds, use Organic Seed Starting Material. Avoid jiffy peat pots, plugs, or potting soil for best results. Proper temperature, moisture, and air circulation are crucial. Peppers have varying germination times, typically 1 week to 1 month. Provide warmth for germination, such as a heating mat or warm surface like a fridge. Plan and start early.

Soak seeds
Pepper seeds can be soaked in water at room temperature for a maximum of 24 hours in order to speed up the germination process.

Sow seeds indoors ¼" deep. Peppers germinate best in warm soil, so gentle bottom heat may be helpful until seedlings emerge. Wait to transplant outdoors until soil is warm .Pepper seeds come from tropical, humid regions and require proper temperature, moisture, and air circulation for optimal growth. Avoid using jiffy peat pots, plugs, or potting soil as they can cause problems with moisture levels and lead to disease and fungus. Organic Seed Starting Material is recommended for optimal germination results..

When to move outside
Place plants outside where they will receive wind protection and a couple hours of sunlight. Gradually increase the amount of sunlight over a week or two. Bring them indoors if night temperatures drop below 55°F
Growing Hot Peppers in Containers
Peppers can be grown all year long in containers. It is suitable for apartment dwellers and gardeners who live in cool regions where the number of growing days are limited. Many pepper enthusiast grow peppers in pots so they can have fresh peppers all year long. It’s best to use 5 gallon containers so the roots do not get too over-crowded
Soil Requirements: Requires fertile soil in a well drained location in the garden. Apply much and grass clippings, or straw around base of plant.
Water Requirements: Water well with soaker hoses during dry and hot spells.
Fertilizer Requirements: Use Slow Release Fertilizer when transplanting outdoors. Apply Miracle Gro every two weeks.

Harvest hot peppers when they are fully mature using a garden scissor so you don't damage the plant. Pick peppers as they mature to encourage new buds to form.

Glad I found them

I was looking for Bahamian Goat Pepper seeds after I saw a food show on YouTube. Had trouble finding them and what I did was much more expensive than what I found at this site. The delivery was quick, but USPS messed up (not them). Seeds came in tact. These are a gift and I'm happy with my purchase. Will be making all pepper seed purchases from them in the future.

Received my order of seeds, and I am excited to start off my pepper growing season soon. Will definitely get more stuff if seeds successfully germinate into healthy plants.
