Golden Frill Mustard – The Perfect Microgreen & Baby Leaf Mustard
Golden Frill is a refined, frilly mustard green bred especially for microgreen and baby leaf production — and it shines at both. Fuller-leafed than the airy Golden Streak variety, it produces delicate, frilly light-green leaves with a mild, pleasantly spicy mustard flavor that's approachable enough for salad mixes yet distinct enough to add character to any dish. Stems and leaves are a uniform light green, making it as beautiful in presentation as it is delicious in flavor.
As a microgreen, Golden Frill is ready to harvest in just 5 days. As a baby leaf, expect harvest in 20–25 days, and as a full crop in 40–50 days. It can be grown year-round indoors or during the cool outdoor seasons, making it one of the most productive and versatile greens in the catalog.
