Size: 10 Bulb

Anemone coronaria ‘De Caen Hollandia’ is one of the most striking spring-blooming bulbs available — vibrant red poppy-like flowers with a crisp white ring and dramatic deep black eye that defines contrast. Free-flowering and long-blooming all spring; a proven overperformer compared to one-and-done spring bulbs. Growing 8–10 inches tall with glossy, parsley-like green foliage that acts as a low-growing groundcover between flushes of bloom. Excellent fresh cut flower. Attracts butterflies; deer resistant. Hardy in zones 7–10.

Planting Guide

Before planting: Soak bulbs (corms) in lukewarm water for a few hours to rehydrate and wake them from dormancy. This is essential for good germination and establishment.

Location: Full sun to partial shade; well-drained soil. Plant in masses for the most spectacular display.

Depth & spacing: Plant 2–3 inches deep; space 4–6 inches apart.

After planting: Water well. Fast-growing once established; begins blooming in early to mid-spring.
