Rich Burgundy Petals Framed in Golden Yellow

Gavota Triumph tulips bring striking contrast to the spring garden, with deep burgundy-red petals edged in yellow. The pointed petals and bold two-tone coloring create a distinctive display that pairs beautifully with solid red and yellow spring flowers.

Plant a group near the front of a border or in a well-drained patio container, then enjoy the richly colored blooms up close. Cut a few stems for a bouquet to bring their dramatic spring color indoors.

Choose Your Bulb Quantity

Available in packs of 10, 25, or 100 bulbs. Select your preferred quantity before adding to cart. This listing is for bulbs to plant, not flowering potted plants or cut stems.

Fall Planting

  • Plant in fall before the ground freezes, adjusting timing to your local climate.
  • Choose a site where water drains freely; avoid locations that remain waterlogged.
  • Plant approximately 5 inches apart, with the base of each bulb about 6–7 inches below the soil surface.
  • Position bulbs pointed end up and water after planting to settle the soil.
  • Plant in groups for a fuller display of contrasting burgundy and yellow flowers.

Container Growing and Spring Care

  • Use containers with drainage holes and a well-draining growing mix.
  • Keep soil moist as needed during active growth without leaving bulbs in standing water.
  • After flowering, leave foliage in place until it yellows naturally before removing it.
  • Avoid excessive watering while bulbs are dormant.

Tulips need a winter chilling period for flowering. Gardeners in warm-winter climates should check local chilling recommendations before planting or attempting indoor forcing. Repeat flowering depends on climate and growing conditions and is not guaranteed.

Important Safety Note

Ornamental tulip bulbs are not for eating. Keep bulbs away from children and pets.
