Narcissus 'Regeneration' (also known as Heamoor) is a first-class bunch-flowering daffodil celebrated for its exceptionally long blooming season — one of the longest of any daffodil variety. Among the first large daffodils to open its sunny flowers in late March, it blooms and blooms, seemingly reluctant to stop. Long, straight, sturdy stems make it the ideal cut flower variety, and its sweet fragrance makes it irresistible in the vase and in the garden.

• Planting depth: Equal to 2½–3x the bulb height; deeper is better than too shallow

• Soil: Well-drained; loosen to 8–12 inches deep at planting and add compost
• When to plant: Fall — plant when soil cools to 55°F and before ground freezes

Cut Flower Harvesting & Care

Harvest by reaching to the base of the stem and pulling gently — this gives the longest stem and minimizes sap release. Allow cut daffodils to sit in their own water for 12–24 hours before combining with other flowers. After blooming, leave foliage in place until it turns fully brown before mowing. Continue watering plants after bloom to build bulbs for the next season.
