Hemerocallis ‘Red Ribs’ is a striking daylily producing an abundance of glowing mahogany-red flowers with bright yellow throats and a vivid yellow midrib on each petal, blooming continuously from early summer right through late fall. Each flower lasts just a few days, but multiple buds per stem open sequentially — with fresh flowering shoots produced regularly — for a long, sustained season of color. Some repeat blooming. Edible flowers. Diploid. Ships as a #1 container plant.

Planting Guide
Soil: Any well-drained soil. Daylilies are adaptable and not demanding about soil conditions.
Planting: Dig a hole large enough to accommodate roots without crowding. Set the crown (where roots meet stem) just at or slightly below the soil surface. Backfill and water thoroughly.
Light: Full sun to part shade. Full sun produces the most prolific bloom.
Spacing: 12–16 inches apart.
Care Guide
Spent flower stems can be trimmed back after blooming is finished. Remove old foliage in late fall. Divide clumps in fall or early spring when overcrowded — diploid daylilies split apart easily. Daylilies multiply freely and are low maintenance once established.
