Allium insubricum - This ornamental onion is a perennial that is native to the Italian Alps. Its petite size and cascading bunch of pink blooms make it a desirable addition to any garden.
This plant features curved flower heads, slender and erect leaves, and is suitable for calcareous soil and rock gardens.
Rare, beautiful limestone scree species with large, pendulous bell-shaped flowers. Similar to A. narcissiflorum, highly desired. 8-12 ins. (Please note that we supply seeds and not bulbs of this bulbous plant.)
HOW TO GROW
Sow garlic seeds in porous soil. Use 1 part perlite, 1 part peat moss, and 1 part potting soil for best results.
When planting outdoors, add organic matter to the soil to improve drainage and prevent rotting of the flowered keeled garlic plants. Sow the garlic herb seeds on top of the soil and cover lightly with 1/8 inch of soil, keeping the flower seeds moist until germination.
