Shredded, layered petals create a lush, full-petaled flower with a captivating, ruffled appearance over attractive ferny foliage. Deer resistant. Naturalizes and multiplies freely over the years. Growing to 12 inches, it is one of the most striking and reliable perennial bulbs for spring color. All zones.
Tip: Soak bulbs in lukewarm water for a few hours before planting to rehydrate corms for faster establishment.

Planting Guide
Pre-soak: Soak corms in lukewarm water for a few hours before planting to rehydrate.
Depth: Plant 3–5 cm deep, no less than 10 cm (4 inches) apart.
Soil: Rich, well-drained soil. The richer the soil, the more flowers each corm produces. Excellent drainage is essential — corms are very sensitive to dampness and will rot in waterlogged conditions.
Light: Full sun to partial shade; full sun preferred for maximum bloom production.
Naturalizing: Anemones naturalize quickly and multiply freely over the years.
Care Guide
Water regularly during the growing season. Maintain excellent drainage at all times. In very cold zones, lift corms after the first frost and store in a cool, dry place until spring.
