This SUNSET Mix Statice Seed boasts a variety of apricot, orange, peach, and pastel red blossoms, all packed impeccably into each head. Statice Seed - SUNSET Mix is perfect for gardeners who love cutting beautiful flowers for floral arrangements. With Limonium Statice, you can enjoy long-lasting cut flowers and dried arrangements, while also attracting butterflies.
Sow Statice seeds indoors 6 - 8 weeks before frost season ends. Press the Limonium seeds into the soil and lightly sprinkle with peat moss. The flower seeds must be kept moist but not wet until germination occurs. Or, you can directly sow Statice flower seeds into prepared seed beds after all danger of frost has passed. Sow the seeds in groups of 3 - 4 spaced 16 - 20 inches apart. Thin to the strongest Statice seedling. Once established, white Statice plants are fairly drought tolerant. They thrive in a hot, sunny location.
Sunset Mix contains Statice Seeds that grow annual plants with white blooms and a height of 32 inches. They are ideal for USDA zones 3-10 in full sun, need a soil pH of 5.5 - 6.5, and have a germination time of 10 - 21 days. Plant 3-4 seeds per plant, cover lightly with peat moss, and keep slightly moist for best results.
