Brunnera grandifolia 'Hadspen Cream' delights with its decorative leaves of interesting colour and delicate, blue inflorescences. The plant forms spectacular, lush tufts, which reach a maximum of about 30-45 cm in height. Its decoration is primarily large, heart-shaped, fleshy, light green leaves, decorated with an irregular, creamy-white margin. Brunnera 'Hadspen Cream' is a stunning, RHS award-winning perennial that blooms from April to May with small blue flowers. Perfect in shaded flower beds and pairs well with other plants, such as ornamental grasses, hostas, ferns, hearts, and primroses.
Growing Brunnera
Brunnera is a species with high frost resistance. It prefers fertile, humus and moist soils and places sheltered from direct sunlight. In summer it requires frequent watering, during the growth period we take care of regular fertilization.
