Korean Mint Seeds – Agastache rugosa
Korean Mint (Agastache rugosa), also known as Huo Xiang in Chinese herbal medicine, is a fragrant perennial herb native to China, Japan, and Korea that blurs the line between ornamental, culinary, and medicinal garden plant. Its intense licorice-anise scent permeates every part of the plant — from the crinkled, toothed leaves to the showy violet-blue flower spikes that attract butterflies, bees, and hummingbirds all summer long.
Growing 3–4 feet tall with dense, upright purple flower racemes, Korean Mint is equally at home in a mid-to-back border, an herb garden, or a pollinator bed. Fresh or dried, it makes a beautiful cut flower and an exceptional tea herb.
