Pasque Flower Anemone
Pasque Flower (Pulsatilla vulgaris) is one of the earliest and most beautiful perennials to bloom in spring — its silky, cup-shaped flowers in violet-blue, red, and white emerging before the foliage fully opens, often while frost is still possible. A cold-hardy alpine native, it thrives in rock gardens, gravel beds, and sunny borders with excellent drainage.
