Grow non-GMO West Indian Lemon Grass Culinary Herb Seeds. Matures in about 100 days. Develops into 24-48" tall grassy mound with complex hints of minty citrus.

To properly start growing lemon grass, first prepare the soil by filling a seed tray with high-quality, well-draining seed-starting mix. Then, lightly moisten the soil before planting the seeds on top and covering them with a light layer of soil. Mist the lemon grass seeds with water and cover the tray with a clear plastic dome or plastic wrap, creating a microclimate for ideal moisture levels and warmth.

For optimal germination, keep the tray in a warm, bright area with temperatures between 70-80°F (21-27°C). Be cautious when watering, ensuring the soil stays moist but not too wet. Be patient as germination can take 1-3 weeks, but with proper moisture and warmth, the lemon grass seeds will begin to sprout.
