Harvest & Seed Saving
Harvest green for a crisper bite, or allow to ripen fully red for sweetest flavor. Always cut with scissors — never pull. Pick regularly to keep plants producing. To save seeds, allow one pod to fully ripen red, dry seeds for two weeks, and store in a cool, dry place for up to two years.
