Hemerocallis ‘Hyperion’ is one of the most celebrated classic daylilies — a tall, clump-forming perennial producing highly fragrant, 4-inch pale yellow flowers on naked scapes rising to 36 inches above a mound of arching, linear, blade-like leaves. Midseason bloom (June–July); diploid cultivar introduced by Mead in 1925. An enduringly popular choice for slopes, massing, edgings, and foundations. Disease-free; slug resistant; clump-forming and freely multiplying. Sold as 3 roots per order.
