Showy flamingo pink standards billow above wonderfully striped and striated cerise-purple falls, with bright tangerine beards peeking from the center — a vivid combination that catches every eye and holds it. Planting Instructions

• Plant in a full sun, well-drained location. Bearded iris are rhizomes, not bulbs.
• Plant with the rhizome top exposed — roots face downward. In very light soils or hot climates, covering with 1" of soil is acceptable.
• Space approximately 18" apart; at 36" tall, place toward the back of mixed borders.
• Firm soil around each rhizome and water well to settle.

Care Tips

• Fertilize in early spring and again in late summer.
• Divide clumps every 3–4 years (August) as rhizomes spread and can become crowded — a great way to expand your collection!
• Naturalizes beautifully over time, spreading slowly by rhizome.
