Michihili cabbage, also referred to as Napa cabbage or Pe Tsai, is a Chinese variety that yields sizable, elongated heads with pale green foliage.

Michihili Chinese cabbage Seeds produce dense, cylindrical heads measuring 16-18" in height and 4" in diameter. Their dark-green leaves and fully blanched interior make them a popular choice for commercial production in the US, with a range of 55-100 days to maturity. Seeds per Ounce: 9,000

Tender, light green leaves with a well-blanched interior and solid, crisp, cylindrical heads up to 18 inches tall and 4 inches in diameter. The flavor is sweet, delicate, and mild, with a crinkled savoyed texture, white veins, and a prominent rib.

This variety is perfect for stir fries, pickling, hot pots, kimchi, salads, and Asian dishes.

Growing: Michihili Chinese cabbage thrives in milder climates and can be grown in any zone, preferring moist soil with at least an inch of water per week and a minimum of 6 hours of daily sunshine. It can be started indoors in biodegradable peat or paper pots or direct-seeded into moist, weed-free soil.
