Zinnia Seeds -Zinnia Elegans 'Cherry-red Butterflies And Hummingbirds love them

Zinnia (Cherry Queen) - Cherry Queen Zinnia is a bright bold red with large blooms that can span 4 - 5 inches. Zinnias love full sun, but can tolerate light shade especially in the hotter zones. Start Zinnia seeds to grow beautiful cut flowers as well as background or border plantings. You may also use this variety for containers or pots. Zinnias are a favorite flower of gardeners around the world. They are so easy to grow from Zinnia flower seeds, and they are virtually carefree. Red Zinnias are a sure winner in any sunny landscape!
Sowing: Sow Cherry Queen Zinnia seeds directly in warm soil during spring. Ensure proper germination by planting just below the surface and lightly moistening the soil until the seeds sprout, typically within 7-10 days. Note that seedlings may not transplant successfully.

Growing:

This plant requires regular watering until it is established, but avoid over watering. While it thrives with periodic watering in dry conditions, fully grown plants can withstand some drought. It grows best in nutrient-rich soil and may benefit from light fertilization to achieve its best blooms. Pruning the growing stems will stimulate fuller growth, and removing dead flowers will prolong its blooming period. Additionally, this plant is known to attract butterflies and bees.

Harvesting: Select newly opened flowers for cut stems. Remove any foliage that may submerge in water and promptly place in water.
