Fortunei ‘Aureo Marginata’ has heavily-veined, large corrugated, heart-shaped, spinach green leaves with golden yellow margins that hold color all season. Good growth rate and sun tolerance. Dependable and holds up well. This is a very popular Hosta. The plant may be divided every few years or left undisturbed indefinitely.
Planting Instructions: May be planted in any well-drained soil. Dig a hole large enough to encompass the roots without bending or circling. Set the plant in place so the eyes (tender white or purple swelling protruding from the crown area) are about 1-2 inches below the soil surface. Cover with soil to the original soil surface and water thoroughly.Pests or Diseases: No serious insect or disease problems.
