  • One of the most popular Bellflowers. Plants form a low, cushion-shaped mound of small green leaves, with loads of upfacing, open bells appearing in early summer. This selection has clear white flowers. Will continue blooming for weeks if spent blossoms are regularly removed. Excellent choice for the rock garden, edging and in containers.

Performs especially well in regions with cool nights during the summer. Plants should be divided every 2 to 4 years, in spring or fall. Prefers good drainage

Campanula Carpatica flower seed can be sown indoors in starter containers. Press the flower seed into the soil but do not cover. Bottom water to help prevent mold growth. Bellflower seeds can also be directly sown outdoors into prepared beds after last frost. Campanula Carpatica is a robust plant and works nicely in alpines or rock gardens.

Excellent in containers, hanging baskets and window boxes as well. Campanulas are easily grown in average, medium wet, well-drained soil in full sun to part shade. They require an average amount of water, as they do not tolerate really wet or overly dry conditions
