Growing Guide
- Microgreens: Sow in shallow containers with well-drained soil mix; 4–6 seeds per sq inch; harvest at 1–2" by cutting at soil level (7–10 days)
- Baby leaf: Harvest at 2–6" when true leaves are well-formed and tender
- Full radish: Sow ½" deep, 1" apart; thin to 2–3" for larger roots; succession plant every 2 weeks
- Timing: Plant 4 weeks before last frost for spring; 2 months before first frost for fall/winter; avoid hot midsummer
- Soil: Rich, consistently moist; add compost; avoid overwatering to prevent root splitting
- Rotation: Rotate planting site yearly; avoid planting near cabbage or broccoli
