Eucomis comosa 'Coco' is one of the most dramatic tropical bulbs you can grow in a temperate garden. Emerging dark maroon in spring and maturing to deep bronze-green as summer progresses, the foliage alone earns its place in the border. By late summer, tall light-pink flower spikes rise to 24–30 inches, crowned with a rosette of leaves that gives the plant its common name — Pineapple Lily.
