This Scabiosa variety is the most prolific bloomer to date. From spring through fall, these compact 6-inch plants produce a vibrant display of color. Large 2-inch flowers in a soft lavender-blue shade with broad, ruffled golden centers stand tall on firm, 12-inch stems.s, creating a tidal wave of color that just keeps coming. We've counted 400 blooms over the course of one long bloom season on a single compact plant!
. Each flower rises on a stiff stem above brilliant green, deeply veined, slightly scalloped foliage and it blooms repeatedly, all season long.
Elegant, 2 1/2-3 1/2" blooms with long, clean, wiry stems and good vase life are perfect for cutting. Seed pods can be cut and used to add whimsy and interest to mixed bouquets. Produces all summer long. Zones 3-7.
