This is a beautiful, tall and erect variety of corn cockle. Its abundant, large, pure white flowers have lovely silky satin petals with delicate dark speckling in the throat. Ideal for cottages or stately homes! Easy to grow, indeed loves poor soil. 2ft (60cm)

This is a lovely wild flower, once a weed of cornfields but now, with the advent of herbicides, not nearly as common as it was. Definitely a cottage garden flower, easy to grow, good for cutting and withstands typical English summers. Flowers freely all summer long. Please note: do not sow in or near fields used for grazing sheep.
