The Chrysanthemum  are commonly used in Asian dishes due to their similarity to lettuce and potential as a microgreen, making them a popular choice for culinary use.

This Chrysanthemum, also known as garland daisy, produces both yellow and white blooms and is a popular edible green. With the scientific name Chrysanthemum coronarium, and being non-GMO and an annual plant, it is widely used in various ways throughout Asia and is sometimes referred to as Chop Suey Green.

Chrysanthemum greens are versatile - they can be added to soups, stir-fries, salads, and Japanese hot pot dishes.Rich in vitamin B and minerals, it is used in tempura, sukiyaki, ohitashi, yosenabe, and shabu-shabu.
