Hosta ,undulata Medio Variegata (Bareroot PLANT) Perennial
Undulata ‘Medio Variegata’ is a very busy medium-sized hosta, of wavy-edged, oval leaves. The foliage has broad margins streaked in dark and pale apple-green, with a white flame-shaped marking in the center. Their cascade-like effect is delightful. A striking mound of color at maturity. Delightful planted in mass. The undulating cascade effect of this hosta creates a beautiful display. Plant may be divided every few years or left undisturbed indefinitely. Hosta’s perform well in woodland settings where filtered light is abundant.
Planting Instructions: May be planted in any well-drained soil. Dig a hole large enough to encompass the roots without bending or circling. Set the plant in place so the eyes (tender white or purple swelling protruding from the crown area) are about 1-2 inches below the soil surface. Cover with soil to the original soil surface and water thoroughly.
