This Yellow Crookneck Summer Squash is an easy-to-grow heirloom variety, with a fast maturation rate. Its unique bent neck earned it its name, while its lemon-yellow, 6-inch fruit makes it a summertime favorite. Highly prolific, this plant will produce fruit all summer long. For delicious flavor, try steaming the squash with nutmeg or frying it with parmesan cheese and bacon. Remember to harvest the squash while the skins are still soft and continue to pick the fruits to ensure continuous production.
