Cheiro do Norte — Portuguese for “scent of the North” — is a stunning Brazilian Capsicum chinense prized for its exceptional fragrance and complex flavor. The beautiful peach and cream-colored pods deliver a light habanero-like heat layered with sweet, fruity aromatics. It’s as much about the aroma as the flavor, making it a standout in Caribbean and South American cooking.
