Our seeds/bulbs are guaranteed to be fresh but are NOT guaranteed as to results. Sorry, but there are too many variables in gardening that can impact germination. Flower seeds/bulbs are a live organism. Their germination depends on many factor including heat, cooling, sun, shade, moisture, time of sowing, etc. None of these things We can control so We can not be held responsible for them. So please do not ask for a refund, replacement or to return unused seeds/bulbs.

SHIPPING

•  Most items will be shipped via USPS.
•  We do offer any express or overnight shipping.

TRACKING

1.  Most Domestic (US) packages include Online Tracking Number.
2. If the tracking information showing that your item has been delivered and you didn’t receive your order, please go to your local USPS (Post Office) and take your tracking # information with you.

INTERNATIONAL

We Do Not Provide  Phytosanitary Certificate

•  International USPS First Class mail does not include online tracking.
•  International PRIORITY and EXPRESS mail includes online tracking.
•  Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and/or fees.
•  Unclaimed packages do not qualify as a lost package.
•  International shipping by USPS can take up to 30 days or longer. Please be patient.

RETURN POLICY
RETURN YOUR ORDER FOR A REFUND

• We will process your refund when we receive your return.
• · Original shipping fees & Handling charges are Non-Refundable.
• · Unclaimed packages do not qualify as a lost package.
• Most items are returnable if they are returned in the condition in which they were received.

1. · All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
2. · If an item was unintentionally misrepresented or a mistake was made on our part, we will make it right!
3.  Please contact us to arrange an exchange, return/refund.

All Seeds/live plants
  Since seeds are a living thing, and we do not have control over the conditions that they are exposed to after they leave us, we Will Not take returns.  Under no circumstances can we take back seed packets that have been opened or are in anything but new condition.  If you want to return seed packets that are in new, unopened condition, and the seeds were purchased less than 30 days ago and we'll see if we can make an exception.  Once an approved return arrives back at our office, we will issue a refund for the purchase price excluding the original shipping.
