Cedrino is a stunning Italian Capsicum annuum that earns its place in the garden twice over — first as a striking ornamental with long, thin yellow fruits growing upright in small tufts, then as a productive culinary chili with outstanding flavor. A cayenne-type variety with 10,000–20,000 SHU, Cedrino has a fruity, pleasant taste and thin walls that dry exceptionally well for making powder and spice blends. Large, vigorous plants deliver very high yields.

Harvest & Drying
Harvest when pods reach full color. Thin walls mean Cedrino dries quickly — hang bundles or use a dehydrator for chili flakes and powder. Cut with scissors; pick regularly for continued production.
