The Classic Italian Frying Pepper — Sweet, Meaty & Incredibly Productive

Bull Horn Pepper (Capsicum annuum), also known as Corno di Toro, is a beloved Italian heirloom sweet frying pepper. Harvest Tips

Harvest with clean garden scissors when fruits reach full crimson-red. Frequent harvesting encourages new bud formation and extends the productive season.
